I know what it feels like to live in constant overdrive — scattered thoughts, racing heart, and a deep sense that something just isn’t right. For years, I navigated life with undiagnosed ADHD and anxiety, pushing through without truly understanding what was happening inside me.
My personal journey is why I do this work. I know how powerful it is to feel truly seen, heard, and supported — especially when you’re struggling to make sense of your own mind.
Today, I help others find clarity, calm, and confidence —not by fixing them, but by walking beside them as they reconnect with their inner strength. My work is about compassion, not judgment. It’s about strategy, not overwhelm. And most of all, it’s about empowering you to feel more like you again.
